One of the few remaining bonding wire manufacturing facilities in the U.S.A. Has the most experienced management and technical team in the industry.

Founded in 1995 in Cebu Philippines as a gold bonding wire manufacturing facility to service the Eastern Hemisphere. Manufacturing capabilities have now been expanded to include Fine Aluminum Wires for hermetic and C.O.B. devices and Heavy Aluminum Wires for power applications. Manufacturing equipment and facilities are state-of-the-art. The company is ideally situated as a highly competitive, high quality bonding wire supplier to the various markets of the Pacific region.
